You cannot board the bus at any stop without first seeing a sales agent to do one of these, but once you get your validated paper ticket and start at stop 1 or 5, you can get on and off as you please from then on. The exception is if you purchased tickets from the visitor center and already received your paper ticket; you may start at any stop.
- Complimentary shuttle service is available for guests staying at Center City or Old City hotels to help you reach a sales agent and redeem your voucher. Please note that service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.
